Information for Authors

Only contributions presented by at least one of the authors will be included in the conference proceedings. There will be no possibility poster presentations.

Conference Fee

CZK 1 800,- (this includes conference admission, proceedings on CD, coffee breaks, lunch)

Payment Information

Payment of the fee should be made in CZK by wire  transfer. You will receive a confirmation of your payment via e-mail once the transaction is successfully processed.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be sent via email to koka2013@mendelu.cz.
No penalty will be applied for cancellation made prior to June 28th, 2013.
Penalty of 500 CZK will be applied for cancellation made from July 1st, 2013 to July 31st, 2013.
Refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made from August 1st, 2013 to August 23rd, 2013. No refund will be provided for cancellation made later than August 24th, 2013.
Substitution of participants is free of charge with no term restrictions.
